Ingredients
Chocolate syrup 1/8 cup / Vanilla Extract / Ice cold Milk 1/2 cup / Seltzer water.
Directions
Pour Syrup into a 12oz. glass and stir in Vanilla Extract and cold Milk. Add soda water stiring vigorously creating a foam on top. Serve immediately.
